1. L'Annexe Restaurant

This restaurant has all the traditional touches but with an elegant modern touch for a more sophisticated dining experience. 

Serving typical Alpine dishes such as tartiflette and fondue as well as homemade burgers.

Open daily in both summer and winter for lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks.

2. Le Mouflon Restaurant

This restaurant serves all the usual Savoyard suspects, from raclette, fondue, cheese gratin, barbecued meats and foie gras to name a few. 

Inside there is also an Epicerie selling regional cheeses, cured meats and wine so you can stock up on a few souvenirs or gifts for people back home whilst you're here.

They're open daily in summer from early June to late August, and daily in winter from mid-December to the end of April.

3. Le Chalet des Colosses Restaurant

Find it just above the gondola and close to the ice rink - look out for the red phone box.

Chalet des Colosses has a varied menu of local delicacies and is very much famed for its food and reputation.

The views are great looking directly up the mountain or over to Bellecôte itself and the Arpette chair in the distance. Unlike the majority of other businesses and eateries in Bellecôte, the Chalet is separate to the main structure, sitting up the hill a little from the main Roche de Mio gondola station.

They serve a mixed international menu including vegetarian options and curries, as well as traditional mountain dishes such as fondue, raclette or pierrade.

There is also a small ice rink by the restaurant to start burning off those cheese calories.

4. Le Dou du Praz Restaurant

Plagne Villages

Located at the top of Plagne Villages, this restaurant serves a varied menu for lunch.

They offer burgers, crepes, sandwiches and other quick snacks as well as local specialities like fondue.

Open from 09:00 to 19:00 both summer and winter.

5. L'Auberge des Balcons de Belle Plagne

Hotel restaurant that is also open to the public.

Don't be put off if you can't immediately find the entrance to this restaurant (go through the hotel reception) because, once inside, you will be glad that you persevered.

Warm your toes at the open fire and enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif in the cosy bar and lounge area before heading through to the restaurant. Serving an array of local favourites such as fondue, raclette and pierrade, the restaurant has fabulous panoramic views over Belle Plagne and the surrounding summits.  

Serving lunch and dinner daily, and as it's open to both the hotel guests and the public, reservations are strongly recommended (especially for dinner) to avoid disappointment.

6. Chalet des Dolines Restaurant

Plagne Villages

Easy access for walkers and cross-country skiers, this self-service restaurant serves Montagnard dishes.

Their menu includes tartiflette, fondue, steak, baked Mont D'Or and other mountain specialities, as well as hot and cold drinks. There is a dining room divided into two floors and a spacious terrace.

Open daily from mid December to late April. Find them on the blue piste Bretelle Trieuse.

7. Le Chalet Restaurant

Location
Belle-Plagne

Savoyard cuisine as well as Italian and Tex-Mex dishes.

They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serve local Savoyard cuisine such as fondue, raclette and pierrade as well as more international dishes such as burgers, woks and spare ribs.

There is a large open plan dining room or a sunny terrace on which to enjoy the panoramic view while you eat.

Open for buffet breakfast (07:30 to 10:00), lunch (12:00 to 14:30) and dinner (21:00 to midnight).
