No need to carry your ski equipment around with you! Simply pick it up from the ski shop in resort. You can collect your equipment from at least 5pm the day before your 1st skiing day. 

Julien welcomes you to his store Sports Village in Macot La Plagne, where his team of professionals will be delighted to make your skiing holiday as memorable as possible. The shop is situated at the top end of the village, opposite the shuttle bus stop.

Snowshoeing is a great way to discover La Plagne beyond the ski slopes, with guided walks through snow-covered forests and open mountain landscapes. Suitable for beginners and those looking for a different winter activity, these outings let you explore the mountain environment, discover local wildlife and enjoy views of Mont Blanc. Its pizzas are a standout, offering excellent quality and generous portions at good prices. Perfectly placed beside the Bergerie lift and accessible from the Ecartés blue piste, it’s ideal for daytime stops. In the evening, shuttle buses make access easy, and the basement bar keeps the atmosphere lively after dinner.

Step into a Wild West adventure at Bar Fort Colorado, perched right on the snow front in La Plagne Centre. This lively après-ski spot is perfect for anyone looking to unwind after a day on the slopes, offering a fun, rustic atmosphere straight out of a frontier tale. With its Wild West-themed fort, the bar is a unique sight amidst the Alpine scenery, making it a memorable stop for both first-timers and regulars.

Plagne 1800 is one of the most charming spots in La Plagne with its cluster of wooden chalets and friendly atmosphere. With a mix of affordable chalets, apartments and hotels plus a few lively bars, it offers a welcoming base with everything close at hand.

Situated at the convergence of several pistes, Plagne Bellecôte is ideal for skiers wanting to maximise time on the slopes. The village has plenty of self-catered apartments, restaurants, shops and bars, with lifts and a gondola just metres away. Well connected to Plagne Centre and Belle Plagne, it combines convenience with a lively resort atmosphere.

Aime La Plagne, or Aime 2000, sits at 2,100m and is one of the highest purpose-built resorts in the Alps. Its distinctive pointy-topped building houses most of the self-catering apartments along with shops, restaurants and ski services. With ski-in, ski-out access to the Paradiski area, beginner zones, blues and reds, plus spectacular valley and Mont Blanc views, it’s perfect for those chasing sun on their balcony and easy access to the slopes, as well as a small lively nightlife scene.
