Beautiful high altitude refuge - CLOSED FOR RENOVATION UNTIL JUNE 2026
Nestled in the heart of the Vanoise National Park in front the Mont Blanc massifs bordering the Haute Tarentaise.
Property of the Vanoise National Park, the Turia refuge is intended as a rustic and welcoming refuge, with the capacity to sleep 19 people. Guarded during the summer but open all year.
In the Chiaupe glacier at the top of Bellecôte (3,417m), an ice cave has been dug every winter since 2005.
The exhibits in this museum range from the Neolithic all the way to the present day.
The Vanoise National Park is one of the highlights of the Tarentaise region.
Located on Rue Proncipale in the centre of town next to the Bureau du Poste (post office).
Locetd in the centre commercial in Belle Plagne and opposite the Vers Bellecote cable car you will find the lift pass office.
Inside the Place Centrale and Centre Commercial in Plagne Soleil is the Lift pass office.
Located at the bottom of the pistes near to the Teleski de la Chevrette.
In La Plagne 1800 you will find this lift pass office next to the Chez Mer Grand restaurant.
Located in the centre of the Centre Commercial in Plagne Centre next to the ESF office is the lift pass office.
These two villages are perfect for families or anyone wanting a mix of activity and relaxation. Montchavin has shops, wellness facilities and a friendly village feel, while Les Coches provides ski-in/ski-out accommodation in a quiet, picturesque setting. Both villages have excellent pistes, beginner zones, and access to the wider Paradiski area via lifts and the Vanoise Express.

They have essential shops, ski hire and beginner areas, with runs leading straight into Plagne Centre. Well-connected by the lift network, they offer good-value chalets and apartments right on the slopes. Enjoy a laid back holiday while staying close to all the action.
